Our team is trained to assess problems accurately using psychological tests and semi-structured interviews. Group therapy has been established as effective treatment for most common problems, including depression, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and social anxiety disorder. Group therapy can be as effective as individual therapy and some people prefer it. The benefits of group therapy include the ability to experience the support, encouragement and understanding of other people who are overcoming similar problems as well as a somewhat reduced cost.

Since the early days of the Internet, researchers have studied the effectiveness of psychological assessment and treatment delivered by video. We now know that online video treatment can be as effective as face-to-face therapy. In fact, we have extensive experience providing secure online video treatment throughout Ontario, so you may not need to come to an office to get help.
